Description

Wanting to plan a little training run for the Coastal Challenge Tawharanui scheduled for Feb 11th. This will be open to beginners, so get out there and give it a try! It's a well marked loop so people can go at their own paces.
I have two loop options mapped out, an 8 km one and a 12 km one. Easy to add in more if you want it. The loops are half coastal rock hopping and half sheep strewn rolling green hills. We will have to go at low tide.

Hi Lydia

Interested in joining you guys for the 12km loop.
How long do you anticipated this will take?
Is the start/finish at the car park next to the Tawhranui lake?

I assume you have chosen 13h30 on Saturday to coincide with low tide?

Cheers

Peter.

Hi, Yep, time chosen to match with the low tide. No idea how long it will take, looks like a pretty diverse group so we can see how it spreads out. I'll give out more details closer to the date!

Hi Lydia,

Really sorry but due to family commitments I can't make it tomorrow.
Thank you for organising and I hope I will be able to join another time.
