Slacklining refers to the act of walking or balancing along a suspended length of flat webbing that is stretched between two anchors (or trees).
It's absolutely safe and a great way to keep fit which provides a full body workout and builds your core body strength. Ideal for athletes and climbers to build their agility and enhance core muscles for sports that test stamina and endurance. Does wonders for your balance, hand-to-eye coordination, core strength and is great fun :)
